I’m a Chief of Staff & operations professional for startups and small businesses.

My mission is to grow brands & businesses through the art of operations & standard operating procedures (SOPs). Currently, I am the Chief of Staff for an industrial automation robotics company called Four Growers.

Over the years, I've had dozens of jobs and have been able to learn about multiple industries & processes while seeing direct outcomes along the way. I always focus on putting models, tools, and resources to the test.
