Strategy Call
The first step in this process is to find out if we’re a fit for each other. We’ll block out a time of your choice for a 30 minute phone call where we’ll talk about your present day scenario, the challenges you’re facing, and where you want to take the business over the next 12 months. By the end, it should be apparent if an engagement makes sense for both parties.
step 2:
Goals & Docs
In this stage, we’ll finalize your business goals together and begin the due diligence process of reviewing your business’ history to the present day. We’ll look at financial patterns, company roster, public marketing messages, software tools & products integrations, and mindsets you bring to work each day.
step 3:
Research & Playbook
Following our review, we’ll dive into your company’s industry nice and determine what is standard across your competitors and market. Combining the two major sets of information (your docs & our research), we’ll create a living .PDF playbook that you can take with you that will help you grow over the next 12 months.
Once the review is complete, you will have the freedom to continue our partnership through operations management collaboration, or to take the knowledge and scale your business on your own.
